The month started with visitors showing up for a retirement party. Some human, some not. 
To be fair, some of them were probably just showing up to see Seattle. 
Started a new job at King County Metro-Rail
Some of the guests stuck around for a bit.
Nice to have a reason to ride the train to work.

Working on refinishing the desk in Jeffrey's room. Tore part of it out and will keep part.
Had to do a few things outside but it was ok, just slapped these babies on.
It got pretty cold out but we stayed cozy.

In addition to the snow we got wild wind storms, which tore the live part off of this otherwise dead tree.

Someone drove their classic Cooper to their friends' for new years and just parked in their yard. It's too light to damage much, even grass.
Jeffrey and dad made it to midnight and walked up on the hill and watched from the distance as they lit up the area around the needle. Happy New Year!
